Rowe’s Realty is a family based business owned by Mike, Jack, Owen and Greg Rowe and Daniel Schaub. The company has been operating since 1970 in Hay River, NT, along with property in Fort Smith, Yellowknife, Fort Simpson, NT and Whitehorse, YT; we’ve got the North covered.

Rowe’s Realty started as a place to park your mobile home, but has evolved into a full-service real estate and property management firm. We offer lot rentals, row housing, commercial space and custom designs.

We pride ourselves in the fact that we wish to promote the North and to build towards the future of the North. The construction of all of our properties has been completed using northern suppliers and our own expertise. We follow the same policy as our sister company, Rowe’s Construction, to buy locally and to re-invest the profits back into the North.
