Rowe’s Realty has been in the business of commercial building operations since 1975, and has various tenants from government to privately owned businesses.
In 1997 the B&R Rowe Center was constructed and has been fully leased since 1998. A long standing customer has been the Department of Transportation and Public Works and Services for the Government of the Northwest Territories. Additional clients are the Hay River Liquor Store/Warehouse and MLA North, Robert Bouchard.
Also, to meet the needs of the youth within the Town of Hay River, and the surrounding settlements of the Deh Cho and South Slave regions, HRMHP set aside space within the B&R Rowe Center for the development of the Riverview Cineplex. This is the only Cineplex in the Town of Hay River and is an integral part of the surrounding communities.
Rowe’s Realty also owns the Royal Bank building located in downtown Hay River. The Royal Bank has been a client of ours since 1992. Following the optimism of our shareholders, we developed an entire second floor to this building which currently services the Mackenzie Valley Petroleum Planning Office and Golden Management Strategies and the office of the Franco Association de Culturelle Hay River located on the main floor of the building.
