What methods of payment do you accept?
Fort Simpson Bulk Fuel Services accepts Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Online Payments.
Does fuel have to be paid prior to delivery?
Yes, unless you have an account set up.
What if I need fuel after hours?
There is a $150.00 call out fee on top of the cost of the fuel.
Can fuel delivery be made the same day as ordered?
If fuel is requested prior to 3:00pm it can be delivered that same day.
Do I have to clean the path to my heating fuel tank myself, or will Fort Simpson Bulk Fuel Services do that when they deliver?
A path must be cleared to your heating fuel tank prior to Fort Simpson Bulk Fuel Services delivering fuel. If we arrive and a path is not clear, you will have to reschedule delivery for another time.
